General pre sale Flow XO questions

Hi,

I’m looking into using a AI chat bot for our company and I have a few questions:

  1. What kind of support to you get with a paid package?
  2. Is it complex to set up? We don’t have a lot of time and it looks a bit daunting to me.

Hi SImon,

Both free and paid users get email based support. You can always send any questons to support@flowxo.com or talk to the team by using the bot on the Flow XO website.

Most of the support is technical help where we can help troubleshoot problems and make suggestions if you find yourself getting stuck with the setup.

The complexity and setup time really depend on what you plan on creating! Flows can range from as simple as you need them to be or as complex as you want.

There’s a built in Analytics dashboard as well as Interaction Logs and a Users Section.

Does Flow support other languages.

There’s built in International Language Support and many messages can be customised in the system to add any custom languages.
