Forward images from Telegram bot to a channel

Hello!
I am trying to build a bot that will forward received messages to a channel.
So, I am an admin of a channel and I added my bot as an admin. I set my bot in a way, that it requests an image from user. Once an image received, I want my bot to post that image to a channel, or, if its not possible - to forward users message to a channel.
How can I do this?
