Formstack not triggering

All of a sudden my formstack forms are not triggering flows.

Do you see any record of the flows being triggered in your Interaction Logs? What may also help is to check that your interaction limit hasn’t been reached. You can check this by going to your dashboard or user profile on the Flow XO website.
