Format on Choice "boxes"

Can you add any formatting – bold type – to the “Choices” on Ask a Question? This is for a web bot only.

I’d like to emphasize one of the options, whether by bold text in that choice, or highlighting the box, or otherwise pulling it out.

I’m afraid the question options don’t allow for formatting - only the question bodies. You would have to use the text itself (less than ideal I know) such as an asterix, or underscores, or all caps or some other way to try to highlight a specific option.

The best option might be use use an Emoji, and only an include an Emoji on the highlighted item.
