We aren’t aware of anything, but I will look into it.
Can you email in to support@flowxo.com with details of exactly what you’re seeing happening, the time it started, what your flows are meant to be doing vs what they are doing. If you can pinpoint any particular sections that have repeatedly caused the issue etc.

Hi , the best thing to do is use is www.eir.strikingly.com you will see that it works sometimes and other times shortcuts dont work and it simply breaks ??

Fingers crossed it’s sorted. There’s still an issue with the logs at the moment but hopefully any disruption now is minimal. Appologies again for any inconvenience caused.
I’m not 100% sure what visibility of the HTML code you get with a shopify store. To use the widget it just gets pasted just before the closing tag in an HTML page. When creating your pages I would expect there is a view HTML mode and you might be able to paste the web widget code in there.

I know we can do it via Facebook messenger but we want it do it via the web widget
