Flow XO Bot Responses

Hey guys I’m kind of new to Flow XO and just created my first Chatbot. I wanted to know what happens when add a specific choices such as “I don’t know” in order for the bot to help the user? I added in a choice called I don’t know but the bot thinks the user is trying to skip the question.

I added the value to the message that it should take the user to but it does not seem to pick up.
