Filters on CapsuleCRM Data

I’ve setup filters on other workflows that I’ve created, but I’m having difficulty with one.

I’m filtering based on a task pulled from CapsuleCRM. It doesn’t matter what the status of the task is, it filters the action nonetheless.

I’m trying to filter some wait actions based on if the task is complete or not.

It should wait if the task is OPEN and filter if the status contains Complete.

I have a final email action that is supposed to filter based on the tags associated with a person from Capsule. It keeps getting filtered as well, even though none of the tags I’m checking for are applied to the person.

I’m a little stumped.

Anyone else have issues with filters?

Hello!

I think we have this one sorted between us now.

The logic in filters can sometimes be tricky, it’s always worth going back to the outputs in the expanded logs to check exactly what’s we’re giving to the filter.
