Hi there!
Is there any way to auto reply with message (messenger) to all post’s comments and ads from my facebook page and not select one by one post ID?
I am doing a lot of ads and is imposible to create 50-60 auto replies, one by one

i also just noticed that it doent work on ads, but they are also have post ID.
My ads have far more comments than the normal page posts.
Is there anyway to auto reply on ad posts too?

Have you had a chance to look at our Web Tools?

We have the ability to generate JSON code to include in your Facebook Ad to connect users directly to your Facebook Messenger bot.

Hi Karen and thank you for your answer,

I want when someone comment in my facebook ads to get a message in his messenger.
And it would be great if it can work the same way as for the Page Posts. For example if someone comment “how to order?” get the “order” keyword and trigger the choosen flow.
(Message to Users who Comment + Only Trigger for Comments with these Keywords)

The problem is not the button, because facebook it give you the option to add a messenger button already (just the good with your json is you can trigger word)

Hi Nick,

Unfortunately we don’t have any solution at the moment for comments on ad’s I’m afraid. The Facebook comments is only designed to work from a post on your page. :disappointed:

that’s ok! just would be a great addition to your great platform to have this function too.
The facebook ads have also post ID ! So i dont think it would be difficult to make this addition!

by the way, still you are the best platform out there! just keep it up!
