ESOCKETTIMEDOUT error appears when I send an image

Hi Veron,

An esockettimeout error means that the connection to where the image is held has timedout before the image has been able to be retrieved and sent. This could be due to the size of the file, a slow connection speed, an issue with a server etc. There is no concrete way of knowing exactly why in these instances I’m afraid.

Where is the image held - Are you using a public URL or did you upload an image from your local machine? What is the size of the file? Is this being sent as a broadcast or is it a one off message?
