Escape from a flow

I have made a survey in a flow but i need to use the word “cancel” at anytime while the customer filling the survey so he can cancel the flow and don’t answer the next questions.
e.x: the bot asked “What is your first name?” if the user said “cancel”
the bot will say: “Hello cancel, how may i help you?”
I want to escape from this scenario
How can i do something like this?

Hi Eslam, I’m not from the support team, but I’ve been using FlowXO for n weeks now.

Have your trying using the word EXIT instead of CANCEL? Because the Bot listens to exit all time and in case it gets this input, he would stop the flow.

IF you really want to use the word CANCEL, you can create a SHORTCUT for every question you create and then set a filter.
