Error with Google sheets

Hi @DanielBeckett and @KarenBarker,

After a pause in 4 hours when I want next time to talk with the chatbot, I find the error with Google sheets in two different actions: Add row and Update row. I use one sheet in two flows, and when I reconnect one - the second starts work.
Error: “The request failed because something unexpected happened.”

Please help me to understand what I should change in my flows.

Sorry to hear that you’ve ran into some problems with your Google Sheet.

What may help is to run through your Google Sheet action in the flow and double check that the account and sheet is still connected without any issues.

I tried to do it, everything fine first 30-40 minutes, but then I have the same problem again.
I have the connections with my google account in other chatbots, but the problem exists only in one of them.

Some users are experiencing issues when trying to ‘Add a row’ to Google Sheets. They see “The request failed because something unexpected happened.”. The issue is intermittent and appears to be related to authentication with Google. We’re investigating the cause and will update as soon as we can. Re-connecting your Google account has had positive results for some users so we encourage you to try that and monitor it closely whilst we continue to look into the problem.
