I am building a bot for a client, with a live chat option enabled. Is there a way that the client can end chat with out having access to Flowxo’s dashboard? My client hasn’t opted to receive the messages in email either.
I was checking on the Messenger documentation, and it states that to pass the thread control back to primary app, click “Done”. But even when I am clicking “Mark as done” on the Page inbox, Flowxo still keeps the live chat enabled.
