Ending live chat from Page Inbox

Hi,

I am building a bot for a client, with a live chat option enabled. Is there a way that the client can end chat with out having access to Flowxo’s dashboard? My client hasn’t opted to receive the messages in email either.

I was checking on the Messenger documentation, and it states that to pass the thread control back to primary app, click “Done”. But even when I am clicking “Mark as done” on the Page inbox, Flowxo still keeps the live chat enabled.

Hi @nqcm

The only way to end a Live Chat session would be to use the dashboard in Flow XO or for the user to end the chat when talking with the bot. Unfortunately there’s no way to remotely do this at the moment.
