How can I embed a video or share a link to a video in a message?
I read some discussions about the same topic in the community, however, when I use the custom request and follow the steps as suggested, I am unable to see the video, it just goes on to the next step.
I am new here and now completely lost

Best thing here might be if you can share your flow with us by email to support@flowxo.com. To share a flow please edit the flow, click the private button at the top and make the flow public. You’ll be provided with a sharing URL which you can let us have a copy of. Thanks 
I’ve sent the URL of a YouTube video in a message before, and that worked for me. Over SMS, it pulled the video thumbnail and displayed that.
