Is there a way to set up a bot that full transcript is automatically emailed to us or our developer at the end of the chat.
We are setting up our bot so full transcript would be very helpful to improve our answers/bot performance.

Boris this feature does not currently exist, but it is frequently requested so it is on our development roadmap.
