We can see the logs of a flow through options drop down when we are in the main page of that flow.
How can I download this logs to my computer and process it? This is useful when the number of logs get too much and you need to process it systematically.
Downloading Logs of flows
Hi there,
Currently, there is no way to download the logs. These logs are only available from within the flow.
We are always looking to improve the services and do appreciate feedback so we’ll make a note of this internally.
The platform is constantly improving and you can see any planned changes/development work on our Road Map
Dear Shaw,
Thanks to your reply.
Your platform sounds very wonderful to me. What a pity you haven’t implemented this critical feature.
In my business it is very important to analyze the data which is gathered through my flows.
Please be free to prepare a simple version of log-file downloading and I will do the processing in any format.
Could you please tell me by what time this feature will be implemented in your plan? (Please if you can, give it a higher priority)
Thanks,
–Mahmood
Hi Mahmood,
It’s not currently a feature that we plan to build but if we do at any point in the future, it will appear on the road map.
What you can actually do right now is use webhooks to post data into any other system on every interaction. You know the inputs and outputs inside the flow so you can essentially log that to anywhere.
We’re always working on ways to improve the product and appreciate your feedback
Hi John,
I’d like to ask for a similar feature.
It’s a bit awkward to have a plan benefit of 3 months logging retention of thousand of interactions in different bots and flows and not having a way to consume it. Download would be a simpler solution.
Hi Erwin,
We’re introducing a whole new section in the app tomorrow where you can explore individual interactions your users have had with your bots. This is phase 1.
Keep your eyes on our roadmap as phase 2 will introduce the ability to EXPORT information
Coming soon !!!
Sarah
Any news ?
Is there a way to use an API to export users bot interaction history ?
We now have the ability to export from users but i’m afraid we don’t yet have an export available for interactions (or Analytics)
Although both options will be really useful.
I don’t know timescales on when this may be implemented but our roadmap will let you know what we’re working on next so you can keep an eye on any movement. (add your vote too if you like)
There isn’t an API for this area as a workaround i’m afraid
Sarah
Hello, any developments on this area? It’d be important to have export for interactions.
