Doubts about Technical support

Hello guys,

First of all I would like to congratulate Flowxo for the incredible platform, my company is using it and we’re extremely satisfied with the possibilities that are offered by you guys. This platform has allowed us so much, especially to solve issues and develop even more our projects.

I’m creating this Topic because I have some questions regarding the technical support offered by you .
Let me explain a little more…Currently, my company (we are paid users of Flowxo) is developing a service for a client, this service will allow our clients to keep in touch with their clients through online conversations.
Our worry is that, because a lot of people will be using and relying on this service, we have to be able to quickly solve any issues that may possibly occur.

So we want to know, if it happens to occur some problem on Flowxo Integration(e.g : Flowxo stop working suddenly), which way is the fastest to contact you to resolve the issue ? You have a SLA for the issues?

I would like to know more informations about this, which ways we have to interact when a problem occurs

Hi Bob,

The main support team is available to be contacted by emailing support@flowxo.com. We’re U.K. based and the office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 A.M. to 5 P.M. BST time.

With that said, the platform is monitored 24/7 by our technical team and any issues are dealt with as soon as possible.

The terms & conditions of use for Flow XO don’t include any official SLA’s but please rest assured that we want to provide a stable and secure platform. We’re very proactive in dealing with any problems and take great measures to prevent any issues from appearing in the first place.
