I add a document, but it does not appear in Google Drive

When your flow runs, if an error happens, you’ll usually see this logged in your interactions.

At the top of your flow, click … > [Interactions]
Do you see an error under ‘Add a Document’ task?

Hopefully that gives a description of what went wrong. ??
