I’m trying to use the filter ‘‘does not contais’’ ou ‘‘does no equal’’ to send a message.
But even the phrase containing or being equal to the filter the message is being sent.
For example: The menssage ‘‘Sorry, I do not understand what you mean’’ should be sent only if the words conversation, start, services, settings, or support are not typed.
But the message ‘‘Sorry, I do not understand what you mean’’ is still being sent anyway
I can see that you also sent this to the support team. I’ve responded over there.
