Is it possible to customize the widget? We’d like to change the size, the icon within the widget and the way of how the widget appears on the website. To our useres it seems to be not noticable enough so we would love to customize that one. Many thanks!

Hi Carolin,
Unfortunately at the moment only the colour of the widget and the bots linked to it can be customized.
Do you have multiple platforms that you’re building your bot for? If not you might be able to use your own icon, making it a clickable link using the Web Messenger URL and then you could customise it however you require.
