Yesterday i received a bot message in messenger asking if we would be interested for a customer service integration with FlowXO. We are building a B2C product which is in private beta, whose active user base is increasing steadily. We are currently live using Meya.ai + Intercom integration. However we have planned to transition out of Meya since their system is very very cost prohibitive for us. We are looking at alternatives. If none exists, we plan to build out the integrations ourselves, our current launch being focussed only on FB messenger.
If Flowxo is building this out, we would be happy to be the guinea pig. We got about 2 months left before we need to transition out of Meya.
