¿How do I count the times a user answered in a way the chatbot does not understand, so that I can stop the flow and send an email to a service representative?

Sorry but there’s no way to take an action in a flow based on incorrect answers to a question as by default the flow ends once the specified number of incorrect answers have been given. There’s an idea over on the development roadmap for better error handling which would cover this use case We’ll definitely keep it in mind for future updates.

It would be great, I’ve seen implementations in Manychat that handle graciously errors couting them and lead the user back on track.
