Could Someone Give me on Designing an Effective Chatbot Flow?

Hello there,

I am new to using Flow XO and I am in the process of designing a chatbot for our customer support team. My goal is to create a bot that not only answers frequently asked questions but also efficiently handles complex queries by escalating them to a human agent when necessary.

While Flow XO standard tools are great; I am struggling with accurately identifying user intent; especially when the questions are phrased in unexpected ways. How can I improve the bot’s ability to recognize and respond appropriately to a wider range of queries?

Sometimes users ask multiple questions in a single message. What are the best strategies for managing these scenarios without overwhelming the user with responses or missing part of their inquiry?

I’m also working on the bots handoff process to a human agent. I want to make sure this transition is as smooth as possible and that the agent has all the context needed to assist the user. Any tips on implementing this effectively?

Lastly; I would like to implement a feedback loop where user interactions with the chatbot help refine and improve its responses over time. What are some methods or tools you use to collect and analyze this data?

Also, I have gone through this post; https://support.flowxo.com/article/297-bringing-your-chatbots-to-life-with-flow-xo-and-chatgpt-blue-prism which definitely helped me out a lot.

I am excited to hear from anyone who has tackled these issues or has insights into optimizing chatbot performance.

Thank you in advance for your help and assistance.:innocent:
