What I am trying to do:
In my starting flow, I am asking the user to enter their preferred mobile phone number which is saved to an attribute that they would like to be contacted on. They then get to type in a message which is also saved in an attribute. I then would like to send the user an SMS with a copy of your message with a response saying that the support them has received their message.
How I am doing it in Flow XO:
I am trying to use ClickSend for our my contact us section of my chatbot. I am asking the user to enter their mobile phone number. This, however, is not working.
Can you please suggest an alternative working method or advice on how I will be able to achieve this?
P.s I am new to Flow XO
