What happened to the ability to choose Choices or Text options for questions? When editing a new flow today, I noticed the options are no longer available? What’s the issue?

Hi Bob this seems like a bug. 
We’re just looking into this and hopefully this can be resolved shortly,We’ll report back shortly to let you know this is sorted.
