We’ve made a small change to question reminders to stop them being so annoying to users, and also given you control over whether you want them or not. Because sometimes, you want to ask a fairly inconsequential question, like “Can I send you some more info?”.
There’s now a reminder after 2.5 minutes, and then we give up (and tell the user that) after 5 minutes (the ‘expiry’).
You’ll also find 2 new selections when you add or edit a question, to disable the reminder, the expiry message, or both, if you prefer.
