I want to know how can we change the default message that bot throws when a question is asked but expected reply is not met.
For eg - We ask a question - “Can you give us your email ID?” and we have enabled the validation for it because we want to capture the email ID in an excel sheet. However, if the person replies something else other than email ID, flowxo says - “I was expecting an email, could we try again?” Can we change this message? Or what is the best way to handle such issues?
