Hi is it possible to change the image of the pop up button, the one that activates the chat window on the web bot?

Also are there any instructions to open the chat window by clicking a link?

There’s no way to change the image of the button (not just yet anyway) :slightly_smiling_face:.

You can open the chat window via a link,It’s listed here on our docs. You’d be calling the
FxoMessenger.create(); from the link.
