Change default phrase

Good afternoon,

I had already sent an email to the contact asking how do I change the default phase when the user does not select one of the options of the questions. In my case I am Brazilian and the message that is shown is: “Como não respondeu, vou-me embora por agora.”. But my client is not satisfied with this phrase, he would like the Bot to display the message “Como não obtive resposta, paralisei o atendimento.”

What options do we have for the change message that my client is asking for?

There are some default phrases that the bot will say for instance “Sorry, I didn’t understand that…” / “Just a reminder to answer my question”
Supporting multiple languages that does get tricky so we’ve translated this phrases.
At the moment you don’t have the option to vary these phrases (sorry!) although that would be quite nice! - There is a suggestion section on here if you want to add it.
