I had already sent an email to the contact asking how do I change the default phase when the user does not select one of the options of the questions. In my case I am Brazilian and the message that is shown is: “Como não respondeu, vou-me embora por agora.”. But my client is not satisfied with this phrase, he would like the Bot to display the message “Como não obtive resposta, paralisei o atendimento.”
What options do we have for the change message that my client is asking for?
