Catchall triggering immediately after Bot sends message in response to a recognised word or phrase

Hello :slight_smile: I’m new to FLOW XO so trying to get my head around a few things, having built a few flows.

I have a ā€œcan’t helpā€ catchall set up which seems to get triggered by the Bot’s message responses to a recognised word or phrase. It doesn’t always happen the first time, but if I type in a word from that group again, I get the message and then the catchall immediately afterwards.

Bot: (catchall) I’m not sure about that, sorry

As far as I understand, I shouldn’t need to set up ā€œdoesn’t containā€ filters for all my words and phrases (there’s quite a few) on the catchall? But how else do I stop it triggering unecessarily?

The catch-all shouldn’t be triggering if a match is found for a new message trigger :thinking:

If you like, you could share your flows with the support team by clicking on the ā€˜Private’ button when editing the flow and then emailing the share URL to support@flowxo.com so we can take a closer look.
