Catchall for no response to a question

How do you update the generic response content for the Catchall for no response to a question or an unrecognized response to a question. I don’t see it in the Welcome/Help flow where the overall catchall phrase is stored.

Generic Catchall for incorrect response to a question - I would like to update
I didn’t get that, can you try again? Make sure you type your answer carefully.

Generic Catchall if I have an incorrect response to a question twice or don’t respond at all:
You didn’t answer, so I’ll go away for now.

Hi Beth,

Unfortunately it isn’t possible at the moment to customise those messages. There is an idea on our roadmap to implement this as a feature. Please do pop over here and vote on this idea - as always the more user traction the sooner the idea is likely to be added.

Hiya I’ve related question for the question module that is used in a standard flow.
We built a bot in Italian and we are able to amend the timeout default messages but not the incorrect input phrase. Has this been thought about?

In addition is possible to skip a question by simple entering a new question? At the moment a user needs to type skip - in reality they never type skip and they get annoyed / frustrated by retyping a different question each time. Essentially is not providing a good customer service in my view as the bot is listing for a predefined choice response or for keyword ‘skip’ in order to move on to the next question.

Many thanks in advance
Michael

Extra customisation options for Ask a Question are currently on the development roadmap to be considered for future updates.

Unfortunately there are currently no ways to have one question interrupt another. A question will await an answer, the user to say ‘Skip’ or for them to quit the flow by saying ‘Bye’ / ‘Quit’.
