Catch all error

Hi so I have a catch all trigger among my flows it works fine but whenever someone new joins to chat and clicks" get started " the catch all gets triggered…In short my new users get an error message before they even start chatting.any help is appreciated

Thanks for sharing this with the support team. Just thought I’d also provide the answer on this post for others to see.

On your catch-all trigger add a filter for {{catchall.message}} does not equal start

This should stop your catch-all from triggering when a user clicks on ‘Get Started’.
