Hi @Gino_Gentile

A shortcut button on a card will act like a keyword flow trigger. When the user clicks on a specific button it will trigger a flow with a corresponding matching keyword.

Alternatively you can use an Ask a Question action after sending the cards and then the card button pressed will be stored as the answer to the question for use later in the same flow.
