Capturing & Storing Phone Numbers

Hi guys,

How can i capture and store a users phone number once so that i don’t have to keep on prompting the user to enter their phone number in my flows.

Hi there,

We’ve got handy Attributes service that will let you store small pieces of information like phone number and you can access them from any flow.

You use the Set Attribute option to store the information and the Get Attribute whenever you want to read it. Just be sure to use the same name to get it as you use to save it :thumbsup:
