Can't to get name in web bot chat

Hello. I can’t to get user name in the case of web bot. That manual didn’t work for me: https://medium.com/flowxo/attributes-in-flow-xo-5189eefd8d01

That save attribute didn’t save user the answer with name.

I have checked the log. Parsing didn’t work

looking at the log you should see “name”: “myname” I have a suspicion that the set attribute went wrong.

If you redo this step. for your set attribute task, make sure you use the XO icon to choose the answer from the drop down options, like so:
