Can't find the right Facebook page

Hi all,

I have a Flowxo-account and 1 Facebook messenger bot, connected to a Facebook page, called ‘Tom’ (linked to my personal Facebook account).

Now I’d like to create a second Facebook messenger bot, linked to a second Facebook page, called ‘A Miracle Every Day’ (also linked to my personal Facebook account). However, when I’d like to select the right Facebook page, I only have the option to link it to the first Facebook page (‘Tom’).

How could I select the second Facebook page (‘A Miracle Every Day’)?

Try to disable ‘TOM’ maybe there is conflict because you connect two bot on one Facebook Page

Are you the owner or administrator of the Facebook page?

I had the same problem and I delete the page that FlowXo chose but still cant find my other pages ; the certain page I want dose not appear.
would you please help me?

administrator actually I am not the owner for this page anyway I tried Flowxo bot for page that I own and worked properly.

Hi @Fatima,

Flow XO will pull back the name of all pages you are the administrator of when you click the “Connect to Facebook” button. If you are the owner you are automatically the administrator of the page, if not the page owner will need to go to Settings -> Page Roles and make sure they add you as an Admin. If you can double check that this has definitely been done successfully then that should solve the problem. :slight_smile:
