Buttons in Messenger Lite

Hi,
Do you know, that in FB Messenger Lite user doesn’t see the buttons in question? What can I do in FlowXO, if some of my users use Lite?

Unfortunately Messenger Lite isn’t fully supported in Flow XO. There’s a few features they haven’t implemented in the app so not everything works as expected.

The user will still be able to type a response and you can set custom responses for invalid answers to help guide them to type in the correct text.

Two more questions:
Is it possible to understand for FlowXO that user has the Lite version?
How to create inline buttons for Messenger? As far as I understand, inline buttons are supported in Lite.

There’s currently no way to detect whether the customer is using Messenger Lite unfortunately.

For inline buttons you could use a custom request to send buttons. Here’s an example flow showing how this works:
