I do not understand why the answers of QCM are displayed correctly on mobile messenger and not on a desktop browser. the bubbles do not appear and the user can’t choose them.

This is not something that we’ve come across before but I’m sure we can get to the bottom of it. Could you send us a screen shot of how it appears in messenger (desktop browser) when the question is asked and what the answers are that you are using?

Aha! I see the problem!
It appears from your screenshots that you’re using Facebook’s Messages facility which doesn’t support the same features as messenger.
Good news is most people would come to your bot from your page or the messenger app, so I’m confident this lack of support messages offers shouldn’t be a problem too often.
i’m tring to do this and Facebook reviewers need to have interaction in messages first… can you help me?

Just to clarify, are you using the Messenger platform or Facebook Messages like Ryan mentioned? What is it that’s not working for you?
