The flow shows as In Progress however if has actually failed. See attached screen grab.

This is a database error that should not be happening - we have an open ticket in with the database vendor and they are working towards a resolution now

Andrew, after working with the database vendor it appears that this issue is related to the 10mb issue, and has to do with some huge payloads you’re sending - bigger than our service can handle - I’m going to send you an e-mail privately on this.
