Broadcast to my bot users

Please can you help me with how i can send a broadcast to people using my bot, My flow is simple, i ask some few quetions from users which user response is saved in google sheet, now i want to send a broadcast to those that answers my quetions. how do i go about this

If you not know how to broadcast to your users? than there is a simple steps, built a simple telegram app from your bot url eg.http://telegram.me/! if you sucessfully built the app really your problems will be solved . and by the help of your app.you can auto broadcast your bot users

i have same problem ,can you provide a detailed tutorial in text or video to show us how to do this .

For bot useres: If your bot is creating problem ! Build messenger app through appgeyser by your telegram bot link and use your own app and share it.
