I have a broadcast. but if I send it to a user who is in conversation with the bot he will not arrive! this is absurd, because the broadcast will be charged but will not arrive. There is no way to put the message on hold?

If the user is currently answering a question then they would unfortunately not be able to receive any messages sent to them. At the moment there’s no way to queue up messages to wait until the user is available again.
