Hi, i would like to know where am I? LOL
Im extremely new to flows, codes and and and. But i want to create (rather have created) a bot and i want to get all relevant info to be able to do this.
I need to know where is {{attributes}} data saved, and how do the bot retrieve this and send it?
Also the “flow chart” is very easy to use but when do you know what to use. Is that a “flow”, an “action” or “code”. Is there no illistration to indicate more or less what to do…
At any time you can save an attribute. If you need this later just add a task [Get Attribute] Once You’ve Got an attribute, It’s there to use in your next task(s)

In the meantime here’s the idea. A flow is what should happen in what order. You build tasks in your flow. these are actions. You can send a message, ask questions or even send cards. Our Docs explain some of those key concepts
