Attribute saving

Hello,

I created a new flow that goes as follows:

User sends hello message —> bot answers and asks a question —> user choose from the list of options —> bot request to save attribute from the choices before —> location button on messenger

When I check my users (I am testing so I go to my user details) and I see there “No attributes” in the user detail. How’s that possible? Did I request attribute too late in the flow?

When I open interaction I see the choice as being the attribute that was collected, but it’s not in the user database. I am on a free plan so far, but still after 20 minutes there’s a missing attribute in the user profile.

If you check the Interaction Logs for your flow do you see any errors for the set attribute action?

Hi, unfortunately no. That was the first thing I checked. I see attribute was saved in the specific bot action and that value from attribute was picked and flagged as “attribute” with choice from previous question.

What may be best is for you to contact the support team by emailing support@flowxo.com. You could share your flows by clicking on the ‘private’ button near the top right corner when editing a flow.

We can take a look at the flows to get a better idea of what could be going wrong :slight_smile:
