Hi there! I’m trying to understand how to build this and if this could be done in the first place.
Here’s an example. We offer many digital marketing services (SEO, Web Development, AdWords, etc etc…). This is an example of a chat:
User: Do you offer SEO?
Bot: Yes, we do. Bla bla bla…
User: Nice. How are prices?
At this point, the Bot, to be intelligent, should understand that the user is talking about SEO.
Is there a way to make this possible?
