Upload Image with telegram

A few days later, I can’t open link url.

Ho do I do?

I have this problem too. You must save your media somewhere else, because Telegram save your media few days only. I wanted to use this method, but it doesn’t working yet. After sending request, in output I see “success” only, but how to get URL of media I still don’t know. Waiting support. I hope they will help both.
