What exactly are you trying to achieve with Google Sheets?
Whenever a request has to be made to a 3rd party unfortunately there will always be a slight delay time waiting for a response from the 3rd party servers. If you can limit the number of times you are sending to Sheets this could help - for instance if you’re asking a series of questions, store all the answers in 1 update at the end of the flow rather than storing each answer individually after each question.
The only storage method within Flow XO itself would be to use attributes, but really it depends on your exact usecase as to whether this might be an option - is there a specific reason you need the data stored externally for instance?
