I’m a newbie… but a simple Bot I created was working fine yesterday.
I wake up today and it isn’t working anymore
There no way to trigger any flow. He’s just mute 
am I doing something wrong… and there are problems with the platform?

I tried to message with the bot of FlowXO Fb Page… doesn’t work as well
So I think there’s a general problem for hours
I feel strange not reading any official communication

Normally the support is excellent, but with no reaction with this blocker issue. Hope that they are not on holidays till next week.

What is not normal is that there’s no mention of this problem anywhere!
There has been an issue today, which is now resolved. Can you confirm bots are responsive for you now?
Support is offline over the holidays - although this issue should have been dealt with much faster. I apologise - we’ll do better in future.

Ok… maybe you missed to specify to reconnect the bots by logging in, via facebook

Sorry for the trouble. Did you edit the bot in the last few hours? Could you edit again and save the bot, hopefully will resolve.
No no @johnjackson … as I said I loggedin in Fb again, though the bot window and now it restarted
